(More customer reviews)As a lifetime member of Weight Watchers, I know that a pan of brownies in the house can easily lead to a pan of brownies in my belly. What I love about No Pudge is that you can make a single serving. Directions are on the box. I mix two tablespoons of my favorite lowfat yogurt (the BEST is Axelrod black cherry - which makes this a Black Forest brownie) with 1/4 cup No Pudge mix and pop it in the micro for two minutes. This is a double brownie. The single brownie is too dinkie to satisfy me. Then I slather the rest of the yogurt over the brownie. The creamy yogurt mixes through the chewy brownie and is my hands down favorite send my belly to bed happy nighttime snack. 5 weight watchers points with the double serving and yogurt.

(More customer reviews)These brownies bake up very nicely. I would call their consistency "cake like". However my husband called them Healthy Brownies. He said he could taste the flax seed. I tend to agree. In my opinion, if I'm going to eat chocolate, I don't want it to have that "healthy" taste. On the other hand I love the Blueberry Muffins that Hodgson Mill makes.

(More customer reviews)Great sweet potato flour! I would buy again from this farm. They did a great job. I would recommend buying two or three bags if you plan on using a lot. I bought this and the blue cornmeal flour which was fantastic.
FYI - To avoid higher shipping - buy larger quantities or a variety of flours. I made that mistake and was surprised at the charge due to the flour weight. You can trust this vender. They do take a little over a week to get their product to you but it's worth it.

I put butter and the Walden Farms Sugar Free Syrup on my pancakes. Sometimes, I'll use Splenda, almonds and cinnamon in the mix or Splenda with a cut up Godiva Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Bar. It's amazing that I get to eat these yummy low-carb pancakes and still lose weight at the end of the week :o)

(More customer reviews)I normally bake from scratch, so that could be part of my dissatisfaction, but I thought the muffins tasted like bisquick (Which we stopped using years ago when we learned to make pancakes and waffles from scratch) . It was easy to tell they came from a mix and not from scratch because of this. I used whole milk (like the directions called for) and will not be buying this product again. They taste OK, but not great. Convenient, sure, but you get out of it what you put in to it.

We are new to the Dixie Carb Counters line, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent taste. Some of the other low carb lines (like Atkins) have a terrible aftertaste, or require the user to have a great imagination. (Yes....this is really supposed to be a chocolate bar.) But the Dixie Carb items are great. Easy to make, nice portion size, great taste, and no imagination required. It really is a muffin! And...no sugar alcohol! My only issue is that they are a little pricey. Otherwise perfect!

He used plain Greek yogurt instead of the suggested sour cream to save on fat and to increase the protein amount. I am really picky about my chocolate. I was afraid that these would be chalky tasting, but they are far from it. They are not too sweet, which is a good thing at times. I don't like super sweet stuff in the mornings, so these are perfect for running out the door breakfasts. I'm going to be purchasing the other flavors to try them out.

Additionally, the "little bites" come in practical packages that hold just a few muffins, so you can pack them for dessert and the remaining packs stay fresh.
If you like blueberry muffins, I highly recommend this product, if you can find it. In my case, I ended up ordering on-line since I can't find this product easily.

My son,(who is the one on the GFCF diet), is extremely picky and suspicious of anything new, ate these muffins without hesitating. I sometimes poke a hole in the middle and serve as a 'bagel'. These are a regular staple in our house.
