(More customer reviews)My daughter loves cinnamon coffee cake and this mix is extremely easy to make. You simply add water and an egg and stir to make the batter. I usually make the coffee cake and not the muffins. I was happy to find that Amazon carries it because we live in a rural area and the local grocery stores do not carry this mix.
