(More customer reviews)I've tried many gluten free breads since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease 10 years ago and so far this comes closest to the "real thing". It's easy to prepare in the oven unlike others that were really complicated. Only downside is the dough is 'really' thick and takes a strong arm or mixer.

These brownies were DELICIOUS! We even shared them with non-celiac dinner guests and they couldnt tell the difference. These brownies are rich, moist and so chocolaty! I love these brownies and will be ensuring that I always keep an extra bag in my pantry!

(More customer reviews)A friend suggested the Nature's Hollow jams, but I saw that this was a little less expensive, and it seemed so natural, being made on a farm! I was so looking forward to raspberry jam again, having been off sugar for awhile. This was a huge disappointment... really not good! I could not taste raspberries, more an off flavor, probably the xylitol or the monocalcium phosphate. I ordered 2 jars that really are not worth eating! So, I'm planning to order Nature's Hollow, which is getting consistently good reviews!

They were too dense, or they were only good for an hour or so while they were fresh, but this cake mix is wonderful. The cupcakes I made were tasty, light and fluffy, and they stayed good for days. This is just as good as any gluten-ized cake mix. My friends couldn't even tell the difference. I highly recommend it to anyone struggling to find a tasty GF cake.

Tapioca Flour, 1 lb. Review

(More customer reviews)Set bread maker to 'rapid'. Heat 1 cup milk, then add 3 egg whites and 1 egg. Add 1 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast, 3 tblspns maple syrup and 1/4 cup oil. Mix and put in breadmaker. Add 1 1/2 cups tapioca flour and 1 cup garbanzo flour. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon xantham gum over top then press 'start'. Use a spatula to scrape down sides and bottom of breadmix as it is mixing. Ensure mixture is moist enough to flatten out within 20 seconds (if it stays in a ball shape, it will turn out too dry).
This has made THE fluffiest, tastiest homemade bread I have tried (and I've tried LOTS!). Don't use potato flour. Sorghum flour makes it taste yucky. Rice flour takes away the fluffiness.
