(More customer reviews)Before I used this pan today, I sprayed cooking spray on it. The cooked bread dough popped off beautifully and even though melted cheese had gotten onto the edge where I hadn't sprayed...it even came off easily. Plus I do not have to worry about any coating flecks cookiing into my foods.
