That said, we had the following issues:
I believe I may have purchased a used oven- there was baked on grease on the baking pan and the door was smudgy.
It's huge! It used more space than we realized. I would have liked to see the dimensions listed with designations for height, width, depth, length; not just numbers x numbers x numbers. Everyone does it a little differently and an H or D or W or L before the number would have clarified the dimensions in advance.
It toasts fine but it's very slow, there's no color timer so you really have to guess when things are ready or dedicate the time to figure out toasting time. You have to turn the dial past 10 and then adjust it back- this dial is seriously tight! I have very strong fingers and I was having the devil of a time getting the toasting dial where I wanted it.
The door stopped closing tightly after 3 days and we had only used the oven 3 times.
The back gets VERY hot so you have to pull the oven away from the wall if you don't want to melt the cord.
The return was a breeze, clean up was excellent, and it was easy to set up for use. It was well packaged.
