(More customer reviews)This is an incredibly versatile pan that is only limited by your imagination! I have been doing all kinds of cakes for about 30+ years, including wedding cakes, and while I found this pan to be rather expensive, I also realized that I could do just about ANYTHING with it! I would suggest that if you plan on spelling out someone's name, or a long word, that you get two pans; that way, you can be baking one and getting another cake ready to go into the oven at the same time. It is costly at the beginning, but the amount of time that you save in the long run will be worth it. The only thing that I wish it had were some blocks that were triangles that could be substituted for the entire square. Otherwise, it is great, and I am very pleased that I got two of them!
