(More customer reviews)I love these! Made cornbread, poppyseed cake, and red velvet in these recently. Great shapes! My tip? DON'T FLOUR THE PAN! I used butter or shortening only so you don't get flour "mold" on the designs. The first time I tried flouring the pan the design was less pretty and I had to frost it to cover the floured edges. The cakes came out easy without the flour and looked lovely.
