(More customer reviews)I haven't used these for baking, let's go ahead and get that out there. Why would I want silicone baking cups if I am not going to bake? Well, I use them in my bento box as food cups/dividers. They stand up fine in the microwave, and the fact that they can be dropped in the dishwasher and used over and over again is excellent. Washing them in the dishwasher can be tricky, as they have a tendency to flip over and fill with water/soap rather than stay put. I generally wash mine by hand. They also don't stick, and cool quickly for easy handling. I took off a star because, for what I use them for, they have one little problem: they retain odor. I had some mini smoked sausages in one, some peanut butter in another and some apples in a third. The only one that doesn't still smell like my lunch from three weeks ago is the one I had cut apples in. The other two *still* smell like sausages and peanut butter. I find it more annoying than anything, not a real drawback to the actual function of the item.
