(More customer reviews)I wanted a tall muffin pan for popovers and this was just what I hoped for. You can't always be quite sure with pictures and descriptions here. The silicone is pretty thin, or I would have given it another star. Be aware that you will still have to spray silicone bakeware with nonstick. And these will have to be placed on a cookie sheet for support before baking. This pan released the popovers easily and they puffed to perfection. One pan will handle the standard 3 egg, 1 cup milk recipe.
If you enjoy popovers for a breakfast or teatime treat and are weary of soaking and scrubbing metal pans, give this a try.
