(More customer reviews)I have used Wilton, Nordic, Faberware you name it and I have used it. By no contest these are the best muffin pans I have ever used. They truly are non-stick and virtually no cleanup. I was in the need for 2 new pans and ran across these at a closeout type store and purchased them at a bargain. I am so glad that I did. I cannot rave enough about these, I will never buy any other pan for baking ever again. The price on Amazon is a good price, other stores are charging $25 and up per pan.

Norpro 12-Piece petite nonstick heart muffin pan Review

(More customer reviews)Ok, I admit it, I CAN'T cook/bake (seriously what's the diff?) but you can't tell how bad I am because this thing is great!
I baked the same mini cheese cakes in this pan and another regular mini muffin pan, I turned the heart one over and OUT they popped and so easy to clean up!
I turned over the regular ones and Nuthin', had to pry them out!
Highly recommend this pan!

They bake beautifully, are non-stick which makes them easy to keep clean with just a little soap and a wipe, stack nicely and even look good. The textured metal seems to help with even baking. This one is a real winner. I just made a pan of blueberry muffins that are sized to keep inches off the waist. Browned nicely and moist inside. I am giving away all my metal pans, including my cast iron (well maybe not ALL of it). These USA pans are going to last a life time. The pan is worth every penny I paid for it.

(More customer reviews)This is the best silicone muffin pan I've ever used. The one feature that sets it apart is the sturdy, hard silicone handles. You can pick it up and it won't collapse under it's own weight. Some silicone pans use a metal tray because they are so flimsy. You don't have to worry with this model. But you do have let your muffins cool about ten minutes before you can pop them out of the pan. So you might want to have two or four sets so you can always have a batch baking while a set is cooling. While the photo doesn't show any scale, this model bakes standard sized muffins.

Fox Run Non-Stick 6-Cup Large Shallow Muffin Pan Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this pan to make hamburger buns with. The well dimensions at about 3-1/4 inches across the top, and 2-3/4 inches at the bottom and 1/2 inch deep. Makes six smaller hamburger buns at a time. (A typical store bough burger bun is 4 inches in diameter.) To make just, take your favorite bread dough, roll a piece of dough about 2-1/2 ounces, place in greased pan, cover and let rise until doubles in size. Brush with egg whites and sprinkle with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or dehydrated minced onion. Bake per instructions, just check on after 15 minutes or so. Works out great, my buns came out the same size. I ordered 2 pans and make a 1-1/2 pound dough (about 3 cups of flour) in my bread machine then split it into 12 equal pieces for my buns.

(More customer reviews)I've used this muffin pan a number of times and it works great! When you pop the muffins out, you just push up from the bottom and push them out. You have to push on both sides of the bottom. If you push too much on one side you can ruin the muffin. At first I messed up some of them, but not too many now.
I'm happy with this product! No complaints.

Wilton Excelle Elite 12-Cup Muffin Pan Review

(More customer reviews)The pan works extremely well: bakes and browns evenly. The thing is so non-stick that pam beads up and hardly does anything. I haven't brought myself not to use pam, but given the beading, I doubt it does much good. The muffins do stick slightly in the corners unless you let them cool for about 10 minutes in the pan, then they slide right out. The whole thing is non-stick, so cleaning is a breeze and baked on spillage slides right off.
The only problem is that with the handles, which are tremendously helpful in keeping your oven mitt out of the batter or baked good, the pan is so long that it does not fit front to back in my oven, which is a full size range. I thus need to turn it sideways and cannot put two pans on one shelf. Not a major negative, but something to consider.
Not that these things are likely to rust, but an easy way to take care of them is to hand wash them and put them back into the still-warm oven to dry. Works like a charm.

The muffins always turn out so well and unsticking them from the pan is effortless (which is more than I can say about several other brand tins out there). After baking with this pan I realize how nice it is not to be concerned with effectively removing the baked good and knowing that the product will look beautiful is also great.
The only downsides are the cost, heaviness, and the fact they're not very space-efficient-- only two of these can fit in a conventional oven and one better use both hands to remove the pan. Though $30 is a lot of money for something that bakes so few goods, it is well worth it based on its reliability and durability. As a person who baked 3 times a week, I got my money's worth.

(More customer reviews)I picked one of these pans up at my local TJ Maxx--- they only had one, or I would have gotten a couple. I am waiting for Amazon to get them back in stock and I will purchase another one for sure, they are HEAVY, will not warp, will not rust, and the silicone grips make it really easy to get a full pan in and out of the oven.They are nice and heavy and things bake evenly in them...but take note that since heavier pans hold more heat, cakes and muffins don't take as long to bake as they do in the old flimsy pans. Muffins and popovers with no liners turn out beautifully--one time I even forgot to spray them and my corn muffins still came out without sticking. This bakeware lives up to the Analon name.
